How Can I Print an Outlook Monthly Calendar with Extened View of Daily items so all appts appear?

When I print a monthly page It only show about 3 items out of 8 on a
particular daily view. Is there a way you can set the parameters to
extend the viewing length of a day so all scheduled items appear? I
know this will extend the paper to more than 1 page but that is ok. I
need to see all scheduled items on a monthly view.

Another alternative is to import Outlook Calendar to Excel or Word
using WinCalendar. See http://www.wincalendar.com for more info.
