How can I prevent word wrap from splitting words?

I have a text box that splits words based on the size of the box with word
wrap turned on. How can I get words to wrap in whole words?

Suzanne,

Do you have any "right to left language" active?
1. You have to have it selected in *Language configuration* for the version
of Office that you use, Japanese, for example... so some menus that if you
have not the *Japanese* or other eastern language selected, do not show...

2. Once this done, in Format... appears *Line break*, clicking at it opens a
box with three ticking squares... the second one says... "Allow Latin text
to wrap in the middle of a word"... Removing the tick in the second row
solves the issue...

Once this done, you can remove the Japanese from the list in Language
configuration... (if you don't need it anymore...)

That sounds like a great solution!
However, can you please walk me through how to activate "right to left
language" feature?

Melissa,
how to activate "right to left language" feature

What you do is to activate the possibility of using languages that are
written from right to left...

According to your version of Office (as I am translating it from a Spanish
version)

Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office Tools > Language
Configuration of Microsoft Office (or something sounding like this)...

*There* you can select which Languages are to be used... if you select one
ot them with the *feature* of "right to left language" you will have words
splitted in English... I won't consider it a feature... Maybe *a problem*...

Tried this and could not make it work. Entered several right to left
languages in the "enabled editing languages," in XP I enabled right to left
languages and Asian languages and loaded them. Still no results in
Powerpoint Enterprise 07
