How can I prepare a memo to be auto sent in 4 hours?

I'd like instruction on how to automatically send a pre addressed letter at
12:01 AM if the letter was written earlier.
 
If the memo is being sent via email then build a mail merge to email and run
it as per normal with all the pre addressed information you require.
Highlight the messages in your outbox and change the options to when it
should be delivered. Make sure you don't have outlook set to automatically
send so you have time to modify the messages in the outbox.
