I can't find the menu that allows me to place the contact notes across the
bottom of the contact address card. Please tell me the menu path to take to
do this. "Help" was no help on this issue. I discovered how to do this one
day, but was busy with other things and figured I'd come back later to change
it. Now I can't find the menu.

Thanks in advance.

My ESP's not too good today - could you PLEASE post your version and a full
description of what you're hoping to achieve.

my guess is he is using outlook '03 which changed position of contact notes
from bottom of page (across the full page) to a corner on the right. if you
read other posts you will see this is a big deal for any business user who
keeps notes and makes them readable with highlights, bolds, etc. changing
the shape (full horiz across bottom vs more vertical and narrower in right
corner) changes our ability to easily read our notes - WHICH WE HAVE SPENT
YEARS CREATING. someone posted a workaround re this as follows:

You would have to create a custom form, modifying the first page of the
contact form in some way -- however small -- so that it shows your custom
page instead of the built-in page. See:

problem is, per your website, outlook '03 quirk includes the custom form has
the notes on bottom so how to change?? plus other quirks per your website
include changing front page disables automatic phone # entry and other things.

please, just fix this by reverting to old format (across full bottom of
page) or allow that as an option. do microsoft people ever talk to users
before making changes????
