How can i paste files into Internet?

I have a file with a cover letter and a file with a resume and I want to
paste both of those file into a resume-posting place on an online employment
website. How do I do this? I know it's probably a basic operation but I am a
real neophyte. Thanks!

Each website will have their own ways of how to do that. There
is no "generality"; it depends on what they want. Check out the
web site/s.
