How can i parse the outlook calendar's RecurrenceState property's binary data using vc++

Dear All:

I am writing a program to read the calendar data from a .pst. using
vc++ For the message's RecurrenceState property is PT_BINARY type. I
spent sometime on it, but still some data cann't be parsed. Does anyone
know the data structure of this property?
