One option is to get a graphics card with TV-Out (S-video) and plug that in
to your video or TV via a scart adapter.

If you have composite video available on your video card, you can
input it to the "Line Input" on your TV. You will likely need a
special adapter for your video card that will give you Video and Audio
"Line Out" capability, typically in the form of RCA jacks.

If your TV doesn't have a Line Input then you need a new TV. But you
can get by using a VCR in between to modulate the composite video to a
TV channel.
