How Can I Open Outlook Express

I used to use Express exclusively years ago and wish to go back to it again.
I just uninstalled Office 2007 (gave up on it) and went back to XP Office
2000 Std but forgot how to activate Express. Anyone know how to do it?

Since Outlook Express is part if IE, there's no "activation" required.
Create a shortcut to C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
