How can i open my photo files?

Today ( monday), i tried to open my photo files, but i was not able to do so.
Recently, i purchased through the internet a program that cleans my computer
from spyware, adware and others.
I tried to use several ways to open my photo files, but i have no luck in
able to open them.
Can you please help me find a way to open my photo files?

Maybe reinstalling the 908531 update again
would solve the issue.
