How can I open a form maximised from a switchboard?

I have a "Switchboard" in an Access Database that when you click a button,
opens other forms, these forms are big enough to fill the screen but open up
just filling part of the screen and have the "Maximise / Minimise" buttons in
the top right corner.

My question is, is there a way that I can open these forms already maximised.

Hi, Mike.

In each form's OnOpen event, or just after calling the OpenForm method:

DoCmd.Maximize
