How Can I move the Favorites Folder?

I want to move my favorites folder to my D Drive which is
backedup daily. I recently had ro reinstall XP on the C
drive nad forgot to copy my favorites!

Any advice?

Have you tried just moving the Favorites folder with a right-click
drag?

Another alternative:
You can change the value of Favorites in the Registry in these
two keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
