How can I migrate the AD Domain Controller.

Here is my situation:

I have W2K AD Domain controller with Exchange 2000. I would like to install CRM to my domain. It requires Exchange on the machine that I want to install CRM.

Then, I decide to install on the Domain which has Exchange installed already. However, the CRM can't be installed on the Domain. There is another machine, called "DEV", that is available. This machine is not so powerful to install Exchange 2000(limited resources, CPU Speed/Memory issue).

I would like to migrate the AD Domain from the existing AD Domain to the "DEV" machine so that the Existing AD Domain can be used to install CRM.

How can I have this accomplished?
Thank you.

Run dcpromo on dev to make it a domain controller and then transfer all FSMO
roles to it, along with AD integrated DNS if applicable. Then all you need
to do is run dcpromo on the original server to bring it back down to a
member server.
