How can I merge two separate Outlook calendars?

I have an Outlook School Calendar and an Outlook Family Calendar each of whch
have separate events. I would like to 'merge' the two into one Outlook
Calendar.
 
switch to the By Category view in the second calendar, Ctrl+A to select all
then either use the move to folder command or drag them to other calendar.

Open one of the calendars, display it in a table view like By Category,
select all the items with Ctrl-A, then Ctrl-click and drag the selection to
the other folder.
