N Nikki Peterson [MVP - Outlook] Dec 7, 2007 #3 Just to add, in case you can't see both calendars at once, You can create a PST, copy the calendar into the PST. Then take that PST, open it in the other profile, and copy it from the PST into the other calendar. Nikki
