How can I merge Access to Outlook

I have contacts in an Access database that I need to set a reminder to call
in a few months. How can I merge this Access database with Outlook so I can
get a reminder to call my customers? Do I need the Business Contact Manager
add in to Outlook to do this?
 
If you have outlook 2003, you can just go to "import/export" and follow the
instructions for importing a file. Access will then come up as a choice"
If you also have BCM you must select outlook instead of bcm as the target.
