how can i make the icons smaller in Word?

i am trying the office pro plus beta, and i find the icons in Word rather big
that they occupy a large portion of the page already. is there a way of
making them smaller? thanks, jv

The ribbon is, the ribbon :) The icon and text sizig is designed to scale in a usable manner in screen resolutions of 800x600 and
up.
