How can i make the icons in my toolbar bigger?

I am really nearsighted and the icons on my toolbat /taskbar are so small. I right clicked an empty are of my toolbar but there is no option for making them bigger?

R-click "Start", choose "properties". On the "General" tab, there are 2
radio buttons. Check the one for Large icons.

1. Go to Start ==> Help and Support.
2. In the Search box type in: VISION , and hit enter.
3. Click on "Configuring Windows for people who have impaired vision".
