HOW CAN I MAKE THE FORM OPEN AUTOMATICALL?

Check out Task Manager. It's an mini-application that comes with
Windows, and it will start another application, (such as an Access mdb) at a
particular Date and Time.
Please turn off the CAPS... it's considered "shouting" in emails.
