How can I make Outlook tmake a call trhough a cellphone?

I want Outlook to make calls trhough my cellphone. I have set the cellphone
as the modem. I have the cellphone USB drive installed. When I klick on dial
the phose starts to conect but then It just hang up.
 
You can't use a cell phone in that manner unless it's drivers support it and
AFAIK, only the cellular modem pc cards support voice calls when used as a
modem. If your phone supports syncing the address book, that is the most you
can do.
