Hi

Is there a chance to make Outlook 2002 open resource calendars using the
same window instead of opening every calendar in its own window?
That is when you open several calendars using File - open - other users
folder they would share the window

If you have Exchange 2000 you can create a group schedule that will
show you any number of groups, resources or combinations of both. In
Outlook click your calendar, then click Schedules on the tool bar.
Create a new one that includes all of the people/resources you want to
view and you will see them side by side.

Hi

Actually this is not what I want. Let´s try again:
When I open other users calendars they all open in different windows and
show individual icons in the task bar. What I want is to have them share the
same window sort of on-top of eachother so they won´t fill the task bar but I
can choose the calendar window in the task bar and then through Window -menu
choose the calendar I want.

There is a add-in I found once before called "multi-calendar viewer" which
puts, up to 6 I think, calendars into one Window, side by side or
checkerboard.

A Google search should find it.
