How Can I Make My Text Fixed?

I recently purchased a program from Crystal Graphics to be able to use Video
Backgrounds in my Powerpoint 2007 files. Now, though, when I insert text
over the video and click on the "View Slideshow with Video" button in the
Add-Ins tab, the text gets all messed up. Does anyone have any ideas on how
I can fix this problem?

I have contacted them and haven't heard anything yet. In a pinch and trying
to get things done, so I figured I'd ask here as well. Thanks for your help,
I'll keep waiting for other ideas.

Oh, you also might see if a printer driver helps. I know it sounds weird,

No worries, just wanted to make sure you'd also gone to the source. :-)

You might give the printer driver thing a shot. It won't hurt to try. And
it's the only thing I can think of that might be the issue!
