Define your work week to be Monday through Friday (Tools>Options>Calendar
Options). Then click the "Work Week" view button on the Standard Toolbar.
Once you've selected that view, the next time you go back to the Calendar,
Outlook will give you that view again.

What you have said is not true for me. When I follow your
instructions, I get the Work Week displayed properly, but when I go to
a different week, Outlook 2003 switches to the "regular" week display,
not work week.

Why did you post this as a new message and not as a reply to the original
thread?

How are you "going to" a different week?
