The direct answer is No, you can't prevent people copying or saving or
printing the web page's content. I suggest you read the posts (dozens of
them) where this question has already been asked and answered on this
newsgroup.
If you're asking about methods such as 'no right click scripts' - my
response is sure, they might prevent the beginner-novice, but an experienced
user can override or get around those scripts quite easily - simply turning
off Javascript in the browser is one method to get around the no right click
script. Some browsers have the ability (Firefox, Netscape) to block
specifically the no right click type scripts, while allowing JS to function
normally in other ways.
