How can I make characters or numbers in Excel 2003 blink?

How can I do special visual effects such as blinking of flashing characters
or numbers? Where can I go to learn about other visual effects in Excel 2003?

But excel isn't made for this kind of thing.

Maybe you can use MSWord or PowerPoint or some other application???
