how can i make a master table that connects to all of the forms?

I am making a database, and i would like to know if there is a way to make a
master table that connects to all of the forms. I need to enter many names
everyday and it takes really long when i have to enter the same names and
addresses into 7 different forms, if there is a way PLEASE HELP!!!
 
This sounds upside down. Are you saying you have 7 tables in your database
that carry the same names that have to be entered in 7 different forms?
