I am using Frontpage 2003 and I want others to be able to download files
without right clicking if possible.
Thanks.

Zip the files.
Zipped files always download no matter how they are clicked.

Thanks for the help. Is there HTML that I can put into the hyperlink to
bring up the Download: Save as .." for those who do not know how to unzip
files ?

The download dialogue box will popup automatically when the link to a ZIP
file is clicked, prompting you to save the file to the location of your
choice.

If you do the right-click "save as" routine, the dialogue as above will
popup. or, if it recognises you have the application for the file e.g. a
word file it might actually asked you first, "Save, Open, "Cancel" giving
you the choice to open in MS Word or save the file (these might actually be
options within the browser, not something you can do with the code to make
it do certain things - the code tellsthe browser what to do, how to display
a page, as long as the browser has that option enabled). This also depends on
the browser, it may or may not do this step of asking to save, open etc.

Otherwise, you need to clearly state how to download the files using Right
Click, or how to unzip them.(it is a simple process).
