How can I make a customized form print the way it looks in the me.

In Outlook 2003 have developed a message form with several boxes of sku,
store, and distribution center information. The printout of this message form
does not retain the design. Other than using the Print Scrn function, is
there a way to set parameters in the print set-up that will print the data as
it is displayed with boxes, tabs etc.
