How can I install Front Page 2003 after Office 2007 & Web Expressi

I upgraded to office 2007 and web Expression. But i still want Front Page.
I rebuilt my pc so Front Page was erased. Now when i try to install it hangs
at a file called
"waiting for cabinets to be cached at local installation source File:
F3561403.CAB. Similar thing happens if I try to install Office 2003 and then
Front Page. Help! Web Expression is too hard to learn fast and I need to
update my web site!
 
You need to install FP / Office application, etc. in the order they were released. FP2003, Office
2007 / Expression Web.
