how can i insert flash document inside publisher 2003

i will be thanksfull 4 any body who can help me to tell how can i insert
(.SWF) file inside publisher 2003 and activate this contect,the problem that
i can insert it inside the website,but it is just a picture
 
You can only insert the flash into your web after you have saved your document/web from Publisher as
a web. This is not a FP related question and should have been posted in the Publisher newsgroup.
