In PowerPoint 2003, you can right-click on your callout and choose Format
Autoshape. Click on the Colors and Lines tab. In the drop-down menu for
Fill Color, choose Fill Effects and click on the Picture Tab. Click on
Select Picture and browse to the picture you want.
