When I want to input a new contact, the address is in several fields, very
unfriendly. It requires zip first, then state, then city and lastly street
address. How can I input as I am used to into one field and have the system
determine what is what?

That seems unwise, but you can do it by simply entering the address on the
first page of the Contact Form instead of the address dialog box.

I don’t understand your suggestion. I am in the first page of my contact
form. That is the cumbersome form. I am looking for a better form. When I
try to "Design" this form, the more ideal one shows up. But I don't know how
to use it.

Then you should start by posting your question more clearly. It makes no
sense. Your description of how you think you must "input" Contact's address
data matches nothing I've ever seen in Outlook. Clarify what you are
actually doing. Include your Outlook version and view.
