How can I import xml files into Microsoft Access 2000 ?

AFAIK there's no built-in capability; serious XML support only arrived
with Access 2003.

Besides upgrading, the alternatives are (a) use third-party tools to
parse the XML data into ordinary textfiles which Access can import or
(b) write Access VBA code to read the xml file, extract the data and put
it into your tables.

you'll find lots of stuff.
