how can I import mbox files, or entourage files, in outlook 2003

I want to transfer my mail from entourage 2004 for mac to outlook 2003. What
is the easiest way to do that? Obviously Microsoft Entourage 2004 en
Microsoft Outlook 2003 can't communicate with each other directly....
