Did you look up Named Range in Excel Help?

I want to import excel file to calendar, which contain our company holiday,

To name a range in Excel, select all the rows and columns containing the data
you want (that's the range), then enter some name into the Name field to the
left of the formula bar (where you usually see the cell name when you have a
single cell selected. Save the sheet. You've now named the range.

An alternative to this is to create a holiday file with the company holidays
in it. See this:

See http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/import/import.htm for help with named
ranges.
Seee http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/holidays.htm for other options if you
will need to install this holiday list in many mailboxes.
