How can I implement ActiveX/COM for Powerpoint?

Hello

Now I am making a simple but difficult program to me. It is ActiveX for Powerpoint

Its feature is as follows
A) I assume the computer for using it have already installed PowerPoint97 Viewer. Then it can be embedded in Internet Explore 5.x or 6.x
B) It is only for Powerpoint Slideshow

For making it until now, I have read many documents, so I doesn't have gotten anything
Plz help me!!! How can I implement it

PowerPoint 97 viewer does not support ActiveX controls or VBA.
