Not implemented in w2k but in xp.
Cleanup HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run:Internat and set
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\SysTray:Services
to 0.
