How can I have music on the WHOLE site?

I would like to play a piece of music throughout my site. It seems to be
different from attaching sound to a particular page. How do I get the music
to play throughout the whole site?
 
I hate sites that do this, so please make sure you offer an option to turn
the music off.

You will have to use frames (I hate sites that use them, too!), and load
your music in one of the frames (a zero height one), while the other frame
contains the real site.
 
Are you sure you want to do this? When I hit a site with this I hit the back
button as fast as I can.
