How can i have multiple user using access at once

I have a database set up and 7 people working off of one form. If one person
enters a record in record "1" the next person's record to be in a different
record. Can someone help me?
 
What is your question? "If one person enters a record in record "1" the
next person's record to be in a different record.", is not a question. By
default, multiple users CAN add separate records to a database.
What problem are you encountering?
