how can i get this "email this page to a friend"?

hi All,

is there anyone knows how to turn on a feature or function of internet
explorer ...
when you go to any webpage, by right clicking the mouse, you will get the
option like "email this page to a friend"... i have a windows NT 4.0
workstation with internet explorer5.5 ...i have been searching this on both
windows xp professional and windows 2000 professional with internet
explorer6.0, some have this option, some dont have it. so i assume it is a
function or feature which can be add-on. but i just dont know where to find
it and where to add it... i have been digging for it for the whole day, could
not get any clue, if anyone knows the trick, please help.....
