How can I get the spamming mircosoft people to stop servings ad pages?

I can't seem to delete Mircrosoft Internet Explorer. Any advice?

Internet Explorer does not come with spam. Advertisers uses IE to popup
ads. You cannot get rid of IE in Windows XP.

You can get a popup stopper to stop the ads.
