[/QUOTE]davis said:Sorry. I am using XP Professional and outlook 2003. When I send a fax

use the address book, I cannot search from the Business name list, only
the

list the Business name as well as person's name?

davis said:Outlook is doing everything I need it to do. The contact list in Outlook
has
all the information in it. The problem I am having is the Windows
provided
fax program will not recognize the "Company Name" of a contact, only the
"Full Name" when it does a search thru the "Send Fax Wizard" using the
contact list in Outlook. If you open the fax console provided with
Windows
XP, you will see what I am talking about.

Russ Valentine said:That is the Outlook Address Book you are invoking. It is not possible to
sort or search the Outlook Address Book by the Company name.
