I recently installed MS Office 2003 on my new laptop with Vista OS. Each
time I open an Office Program I get a End-User License Agreement which I must
agree to each time I want the program to operate. This is the same software
I use on my other XP computers without this message.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this message or is this just a Vista
thing?

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program:
