How can I get 'replied' or 'fwd' icon to appear on message icon?

Hi,

I've changed from outlook express to outlook 2003.

In outlook express when I replied to or forwarded a message a purple or blue
icon would appear ontop of my mail icon to show me it had been forwarded or
replied to.

I can't find this option in outlook and wondered if its possible to have it.

Outlook 2003 and before shows a different icon for replied & forwarded mail
items already. At least it does here.
