The answer may be 'you can't', but if you could explain what you want in a
little more detail someone may be able to help. As John says elsewhere in
this thread, though, this is an Access group. If your question is a general
Office question rather than an Access-specific question, it might be better
asked in an Office newsgroup such as microsoft.public.office.setup
