how can I get my downloaded icons in the icon browse box?

It takes a long path to reach my personal icons in my documents folder when I browse to change an icon.How can I put my icons at the top of the browse list instead of going thru 4 or 5 steps every time?
 
Hi,

Go to Windows Explorer/Windows/System32. Highlight the folder, then go to
File/New/Folder. Name it 1 My Icons. From there when you right click a
shortcut, properties, change icon, browse, it will be listed first.

To find it listed first in My Documents on the Start Menu:

Go to Windows Explorer, My Documents. Highlight My Documents then go to
File/New/Folder. Name the Folder My Icons. Then right click the Start
Button, Properties, Customize, Advanced, My Documents, Display as a menu.
