Clarify what you mean by "the cache." If you mean the autocompletion cache,
just send a message to everyone in your Outlook Address Book (while offline
so they won't all get the message).

Or, just add everyone in your Contacts to a recipient field, resolve the
addresses with CTRL-K, then cancel the compose window.

thanks.but i need one more clarification..do i need to manually add all
address or is there any other way?

Thanks

Select the contacts from your Contacts folder (CTRL-A will select them all),
then click Actions>New Message to Contact. This will place all your
contacts in the To field of a new message. If they aren't underlined, click
Check Names or press CTRL-K. They'll underline (i.e., resolve) and the
action of resolution will place them in the autocompletion cache. You can
then close the compose window without pressing send, choosing "No" when
Outlook asks if you want to save the changes.
