How can I get back my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?

I turned of the main plug one day by mistake..
After that some programs have stopped working..
I reinstalled many softwares..
But my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is not working..
And i want your help to get it back..
PLEASE HELP..

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
