HOW CAN I GET A PRINTABLE MANUAL OF FRONT PAGE?

I have been trying to just geta complete manual to print andgo through at my
convenience....Does office even have one?

None exists as far as I know. I would recommend that you purchase a FrontPage Inside/Out by Jim Buyens. You should be able to get a
copy for under $20 at Amazon.com

there is none that comes with the package - but your local bookshop (or
nearest large retailer) should sell them.
