How can I get a global view of entire contents of a worksheet?

How can we see a global view of a worksheet that will reveal wher
information in the worksheet is stored (no matter how widel
distributed or disconnected) including whether or not there are hidde
cells. As an educator, I would find such a capability very helpful i
reviewing student work
