How can I foward emails with high importance

Need some help with a rule
I would like to forward a copy of an email after it arrives marked high
importance to another address and also save the email in a specific folder
I've tried several time with no success any Idea's

Which version of Outlook do you have? Not sure it's a work computer
I'm sure it could be Office 2003

what message store do you use? I don't even know what this means

what criteria did you set? move a copy to folder----i set a condition
for High importance--- then asked to foward to person on distribution list
